Filmmaking Workshop
Tue., Feb. 2–16, 6 p.m.
Grade 6 & up. Filmmaker and artist Antonio Rodriguez will show you how to formulate ideas, create a script, film, edit and upload your video to YouTube. No experience necessary, but attendance at all three sessions is expected.
Game On! Gaming Tuesdays
Tue., Feb. 2 – 23, 4–6 p.m.
Grade 6 & up. Play PS2 or Wii games at the library! Grab a friend, bring your favorite board or card game, or play ours!

Teen Center Reading Club
Wed., Feb. 3 – 24, 5–6 p.m.
Grade 6 & up. Come get cozy! Stretch out on the couches, chairs, or floor and settle in to read aloud or just listen – books, short stories, current events, it’s up to you. No need to read anything ahead of time.
Design Club
Thur., Feb. 4 – 25, 4–6 p.m.
Grade 6 & up. Get creative! Design and take home T-shirts, posters, jewelry, magnets and other creations. Check out the posters at Franklin Library to see what project is coming up!
Group Games

Grade 6 & up. No consoles needed! Learn social games designed for large groups of all ages: Charades, Wink, Mafia, Whiz Bam, Thumper, Taboo and others. Sure to make you laugh!
Music Listening Club
Thur., Feb. 4 & 18, 7 – 8 p.m.
Grade 6 & up. Listen to the sounds of Kanye West, Mos Def, NAS and local artists such as Desdemona, Brother Ali and more! Focus will be on the lyrics, reading them as poems and listening to the way they’re recited through the songs.
Movement and Dance Studio
Thur., Feb. 11 & 25, 6 – 8 p.m.
Grade 6 & up. Time to move the furniture aside and practice dance moves, learn new ones, do yoga, create choreography and lots more!
