Phillips West Spring Clean Up! Join your neighbors & other Community Partners for a block by block litter pick up starting at 9:30 a.m. but first join us for a free breakfast from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Center for Changing Lives in the Centrum Room located at 2400 Park Avenue. After breakfast we will provide free bags, gloves and maps for all volunteers! Perfect volunteer opportunity for large groups, family & youth!
