Keep citizen journalism alive!
We were awarded exclusive rights to this property in November 2018. However, in February 2019 we were told that our program was similar to another program (within 1000 feet) and were told that we could not acquire the property.
The good news is we may have jumped the zoning hurdle: the zoning department coupled with the city council and the neighborhood group came up with a solution for us to do our project.
I’d love to elucidate our plan for the building.
