The Native American Community Development Institute (NACDI) celebrates the All My Relations Gallery Grand Opening with an exhibit of never-before-seen paintings by master artist Frank Big Bear. Reception and Celebration January 21,  5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., at All My Relations Gallery, 1414 East Franklin Avenue, Mpls.
