   We are purchasing a building (628 Franklin Avenue E) that has been vacant for the past two decades and one of the hurdles is to flyer a two block radius of the building or post our intent in the neighborhood paper with the dates of the Ventura Village neighborhood meeting which it will be discussed.
   Are we able to place an ad in your paper to meet the aforementioned requirements of flyering?
