State Parks Pass! Crossroads Exhibit! Free Books! By CARZ NELSON All information listed here is accurate as of June 15, 2021. For the most recent information, check out the library website at www.hclib.org. LIBRARY EXPANDS SERVICE Franklin Library is now open for regular service, including book check out, holds pick up, and walk-in computer use. There is no longer a limit on the time people can spend inside the library. Visitors and employees who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear face coverings.
