We are bringing mosaics back to Semilla! We will host Mosaic Mondays and Open Studio every Monday from 6-8pm. We’ll teach Mosaic techniques, and folks are also welcome to bring their own art projects too. Let’s hang out in the Semilla studio and work together in community!

Four Sisters is an Indigenous-focused farmers market that strives to celebrate Indigenous pride, health, and well-being. We welcome and accept SNAP/EBT benefits, Market Bucks, Gus Produce Market Bucks, cash, and cards. In partnership with Hunger Solutions, Four Sisters can match up to $10 of SNAP/EBT benefits. The American Indian Community Development Corporation (AICDC), Native American Community Development Institute (NACDI), and Pow Wow Grounds invite you to our 2024 Open House, where you can meet our staff and community, share lunch with us from Pow Wow Grounds (until it’s gone), and listen to live music! There will also be a giveaway, art activities and more. All are welcome to this free public event.

Join Semilla Center for a radiant evening of community and light honoring water with lanterns! All ages are welcome. Bike or walk with us carrying lanterns along the Greenway to the Sabo Bridge. We will meet on the Midtown Greenway between 10th Ave and 11th Ave (Venture Bikes’ Location) and will return to this location at the end for free food and socializing.

Democracy Center is an exhibit designed to engage both adults and children in basic concepts of civic engagement and constitutional democracy through displays and activities, as well as a look at the history of the 1814 Norwegian Constitution, which was largely inspired by the U.S. Constitution.
