FRANKLIN LIBRARY HOURS Monday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Wednesday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. LIBRARY SERVICE AND COVID PRECAUTIONS Everyone must wear a mask in the library and in all county buildings; children under 5 years old are exempt. People who tested positive for COVID 19, or who are experiencing symptoms, should not enter the library.
