Phillips was one of our nation's greatest human rights activists and outspoken anti-slavery advocates-fighting for the rights of women, workers, Native Americans, and African Americans. “The Queen” will make an appearance with her dog, Ginger, and declare a  Proclamation honoring the memory of Wendell Phillips.
