Errant sounds from
Invisible noise makers–
Brick walls, other windows
Block these
Windows on the North side.
Perpetual twilight.
The life-flow
Outside these windows
Passes by
Leaving the cave life
Inside this cave
Like cave drawings –
Perpetual,
Yet, frozen in place.
