Free health care clinic The free Phillips Neighborhood Clinic is open Mondays and Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. at St. Paul”'s Lutheran Church, 2742 15th Ave. S. Closed on holidays. The free, walk-in clinic is operated by University of Minnesota health professional students. All students are supervised by licensed doctors. No appointments or insurance is necessary.
