BY SUE HUNTER WEIR Heart Bombing is a state-wide program sponsored by the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota. The aim is to encourage people to share their love for historic houses, churches and commercial properties in their communities. As one of the city”'s oldest neighborhoods, Phillips has many buildings to celebrate. Thanks to the Teen Leaders and young members of St. Paul”'s Church for using their creative talents to highlight the beauty and history of Phillips.
