FRANKLIN LIBRARY HOURS Monday 9 AM to 5 PM Tuesday 12 Noon to 8 PM Wednesday 12 Noon to 8 PM Thursday 12 Noon to 8 PM Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM Sunday 12 Noon to 5 PM LIBRARY SERVICE AND COVID PRECAUTIONS Everyone must wear a mask in the library and in all county buildings. Children under two years old are exempt. People who tested positive for COVID 19 or who are experiencing symptoms should not enter the library.
