Fall Favorites with Minneapolis Edible Boulevards

Class instructor Natalia Mendez taught an awesome cooking class at the Tamales y Bicicletas Garden in September. Bean Tostadas were the star and featured many garden goodies: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, squash and garlic. Thank you to Seward Co-op, Herbivorous Butcher, and the Joint Green Zone Task Force for sponsoring September’s class and door prizes! On October 8, Kelly Shay of Harmonious World/Wellness will be making a delicious Three Sisters’ Salad at the Four Sisters Farm in South Minneapolis from 11am -12pm.
